i am proud to report that the lemon balm wheat we brewed is pretty amazing after a full month of bottle conditioning. at first, the lemon balm was quite spicy and overpowered everything. but now it shines as an earthy lemon tone followed by the cloves of the yeast and a sight sweetness from the chamomile. even better on an early summer night out back, post beach yoga with you buddies. life is good 😎
